After many years of not taking my physical or mental health very seriously I found myself in a pretty bad place. At 5’1,144 lbs, and depressed I decided I was going to finally take charge of my health. I had a trainer before who made me absolutely hate working out. I had tried every fad diet and just gained even more weight than before. So at this point it was my last ditch effort. You see the thing about CJ is she pushes you while also communicating with you about how you feel. She will challenge you every single session but she will also listen. When you are hard on yourself she will be your biggest fan/hype girl and tell you how amazing your legs look. I have lost almost 20lbs which is amazing but what’s even more amazing is how I feel. I’m not tired and depressed and I feel the best I ever have! CJ truly helped change my life and I’m forever grateful for her! I would recommend her to anyone I know..and of course anyone I don’t know as well. :)

Claudia is an amazing personal trainer. I love working out with her. She created a customized macro diet (that's easy to stick to) and a fitness program. I have lost 13lbs and over 5% body fat in 3 months. Claudia will help you reach your health and fitness goals.

I feel more motivated than ever after having trained with Claudia for almost a year now. The workouts incorporate a little bit of everything, which keeps me interested and my body changing for the better. She is also helping me with my nutrition and I’ve seen great results so far!!
